Return and Refund Policy

At Leatherart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process in accordance with Google Merchant Center policies.

Return conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of order.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached.
  • Items such as underwear and final sale items cannot be returned.

How to return an item:

  1. Please request a return: email us at gm7925477@gmail.com  with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions: Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning your item.
  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items. If applicable, we can provide a prepaid return label for defective products.

Refund process:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of returned items.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except for damaged or incorrect items.
  • In case of partial refund due to signs of wear or damage, we will notify you of the adjusted refund amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-returnable items:

  2. Gift cards
  3. Underwear or intimate clothing
